Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and enter your email, username, and password. You'll need to verify your email before accessing all features.
Do I need an account to view content?
You can browse public profiles without an account, but you'll need to sign up and subscribe to view exclusive content.
Is fansXitet free to use?
Creating an account is free. To access a creator's exclusive content, you'll need to subscribe to their page for a monthly fee set by the creator.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe to a creator, you pay a monthly fee to access their exclusive content. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel, and click "Cancel". You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We generally don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact our support team.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
How will charges appear on my statement?
Charges will appear with a discreet billing descriptor. Contact support if you need specific details about how charges appear.
For Creators
How do I become a creator?
Sign up for an account and select "Creator" during registration, or upgrade from Settings. You'll need to verify your identity before you can start posting.
How much do I earn?
Creators keep 85% of all earnings from subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content. The platform fee is just 15%.
How do I get paid?
Request a payout from your Wallet when your balance reaches $20.00. Payouts are processed within 5 business days.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification is required by law to ensure all creators are 18+ and to maintain compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements.
Account
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Security and click "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Safety & Privacy
How do I report inappropriate content?
Click the "Report" button on any post or profile to flag content that violates our terms. Our team reviews all reports.
How do I block someone?
Visit their profile and click the menu icon, then select "Block". Blocked users cannot view your profile or message you.
Is my information private?
We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared publicly. Creators can use display names different from their legal names.
